INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Make sure that the water reservoir and coffee pod/grind slot are empty. 

Remove water filter if present. Place a large mug on the drip tray.

2. Pour 1/2 bottle (4 oz) of descaler into empty reservoir. Add water to fill reservoir. 

3. Brew full reservoir using the largest cup setting (without coffee or pod). 

4. Discard any remaining liquid in the reservoir and thoroughly rinse. 

5. Brew 3 more reservoirs using fresh water only. Your machine is ready for use again.

Note: Descale every 3 months, or more often if you live in an area with hard water.
